Feedback during the course

In classroom

In class assessment of what the students have learned can also be used to guide your teaching. What questions do the students ask? When do the blank stares strike? What quiz or test questions are missed by the majority of students? The measures may indicate the need to spend more time on specific topics, or to change the way in which the material is presented.

Midcourse survey

Ask the students for feedback on the course during the semester when their experience is fresh, and they are likely to benefit from resulting improvements.
