The Computer Help Desk is the place computer users can go to get assistance and advice from experienced personnel regarding any issues pertaining to your computer.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. (Laptop pick up & drop off ends at 4 p.m.)
Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, 12 noon - 4:00 p.m.

The Help Desk Request Form can be used to inform the proper department of any technology issues that could not be resolved by the help desk front desk. The request form can be filled out at:

What the Help Desk will Support:
The Help Desk provides full support for laptops purchased through the University Laptop program, as listed below. All other laptops receive support limited to the installation and maintenance of University-approved software including Microsoft Office and Symantec Anti-Virus.
