The path for Quinnipiac software is:

After logging into the network, copy the path aboave to your clipboard, click "Start" on your desktop, then paste the path into "Run..." and click "OK."
To get Symantec Antivirus:

The Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition is available via a web-based installer. Visit this Computer Help Desk page in MyQ and use the appropriate link to install the Symantec antivirus client. (Access to pages in MyQ may require login.)
Software Training Resouces:
For online training in the Microsoft applications site-licensed for Quinnipiac Univeristy, go to the Microsoft E-Learning Library. Use standard network credentials to log in.
Microsoft offers additional online training for the MS Office applications.
