How Do I Upload Podcasts to a Bb Course?

In Blackboard, select the content area to which you wish to add your podcast episode.

Click “Edit View” unless you have arrived through the control panel in which case you will already be in edit view.

Select “Podcast Episode” from the drop down menu to the right of the tool bar and click “go”. Note: do not click “OK” which will be right below the box unless you have other items in this content area.

Enter a title for your podcast in the text box provided, and a description or assignment instruction in the description area.

Click “Browse” next to “Attach local file.”

Navigate to “iTunes Music” and scroll down to “Podcasts.”

Select the podcast episode you desire and click “Open” or double click the episode.

Scroll down and click “Submit” to add the podcast to the content area.

Navigate to the content area using the left menu and test the podcast to be sure it plays.
