Support for evening classes

Off hours coverage

The Computer Help Desk is open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, and 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Saturdays. See Computer Help Desk page for location and contact information.

Media Services in Arnold Bernhard Library, across from the Reference Desk, is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and Friday to 5:00 pm. For further information, see Media Services web page.

All other Administrative Offices are normally open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Blackboard, email, or network access problems

Should you encounter access problems with any network service at the university, including Blackboard, email, or WebAdvisor, please submit a Computer Help Desk request form, which will be routed to the appropriate support personel. Resolution for most support issues is within one working day.

For urgent classroom technology issues, call the Computer Help Desk at 582-HELP or the STAR station in Media Services at 582-4444.
